We develop bespoke Neural Machine Translation solutions to help the world’s largest enterprises, law firms, and service providers to adopt secure AI-powered translation, to consume and deliver multilingual content on a global scale.

Life Sciences is a booming sector for automation, including Neural Machine Translation. Businesses in the Life Sciences use solutions from Iconic to introduce Robotic Process Automation when it comes to the challenge of language, for adverse events, clinical trials, medical devices, and more. Iconic has had great traction in this sector to date and we’re now looking to scale our operations, specifically expanding into the U.S.A. We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to focus on the Life Sciences, growing relationships with pharmaceutical, CRO, and medical device clients across global markets.

With the advent of Neural Machine Translation, we have seen dramatic changes in the translation playing field, including a plethora of new opportunities. Whether in the legal field, life sciences, IT, financial services, or automotive industry, we’ve helped enterprises to translate more content, more accurately and in less time, resulting in significant cost savings and increased revenue. Given this growth, our current expansion also includes hiring a Java Software Developer. The role will centre around building out the next generation of our on-demand cloud-based Neural Machine Translation platform.

As always, when it comes to customer experience at Iconic, We Do More. Customer experience is important to us. Our customer support are there for whatever your needs may be. We’re here to make your experience using our proprietary machine translation software as easy as possible. To this end, given the advances in MT and resulting growth, we are hiring a new dedicated Technical Support Engineer. This role will be right at the heart of matters in Iconic, helping customers work with our products, and helping our developers debug issues.
